Analog Clock

I'm having a problem with my clock. It works, but occasionally it stops. I think the problem is with the bezel in that it is not set securely, and the hands are getting wedged in. The bezel rocks back & forth a little. I've read elsewhere that the burl panel is held by 4 posts & that it can be popped off & popped in again. Does anyone have experience in removing this panel?
