engine problem.

hi can anyone help ?

i saw my db7 in breakes yard, fell in love brought it home now in proces of rebuilding it.
but have many problems to over come.
so with is mind can anyone tell me why when i start the engine it rev's to max. making me turn of the ignition , every time i try to start the rev's shoot up (not good )the car is not in a state to be moved so i can not get a garage to run diagnostics. open ideas !

The ECU is probably damaged.
