Modification to Volante hoods

I hope that I am not being a tad premature in announcing this, but after three years of chasing Aston Martin to make this modification available,they rang me earlier this week to say that they are now finally in a position of making an important modification to the arrangement by which the pair of small rear windows behind those of the doors can be raised when the hood is down. This might not seem like a big deal but my 12 year old daughter who is a rear seat passenger in my Volante, then spent the rest of the day whooping and hollering with joy at the prospect of these windows being raised when she is in the back of the car.
New Volantes will incorporate this modification, and earlier cars like mine will be able to have their local main dealer do once it is formally announced.
