Problem with 06yr Aston Martin Vantage

Hi..

I own a 08yr Aston Martin Vantage V8 4.3L in Korea
Recently, I had a car accident and some problems had occurred during the repairment. To be specific, the wheel hit the area where the ECU is located(inside the fender of the front passenger side). And I can't seem to restart the car. Details are as under.

1. After changing the ECU to a new one, the car won't start. I ordered this ECU from a dealer in Singapore. They were supposed to do the re-coding process but it is going to take a long time. So I am trying to find out if there is any faster way to solve this problem. If anybody know of any dealer or shops in Asia, please let me know as soon as possible.
