I've replaced mine twice at about $2,500 each. Mine has the defrost grid. Without that they are about $1,700. You can get them through the dealer.

If 2nd Hand is OK, try eBay. Look for DB7 parts or Wrecking DB7 listings. There is one in the UK which appears to have the windscreen still. Sometimes the screen breaks when it is removed from wreck though. Good Luck

When refitting a DB7 front Windshield it is ESSENTIAL that the plastic scuttle panel (black piece below the windshield wipers) is replaced correctly, otherwise you will get water into the heater box, the double skinned bulk head and will rot out the carpets and the bulkhead if not rectified quickly.

It is not as simple as popping it back on, it requires cleaning, and new adhesive tape applying to ensure a good bond.
