Which company in the Uk would you go to for repairs to the rear trailing arm bushes of a 2003 DB7 Vantage, and what would you expect to pay?

Try Rick at DMS in Derby or Chiltern. Google is your friend with both.

I'm certain the trailing arm bushes come as part of the arms and thus require replacing as a complete unit. Both sides should be done at the same time.

I think they are in the ball park area of £240 - £260 a piece.
