Hi guys,
so i have a 2005 DB9. The car hasnt been driven for a while due to illness and has been left sat. The car needed to be moved but the battery was dead, It wasnt close enough to power either. So i contacted a branch of aston and they advised me on moving the car by hand. This involved disengaging the transmission under the rear passenger seat. I did this and rolled the car out of the way and closer to power. The transmission was then engaged again. Unfortunately my charger was broken and the car was then left for a few more weeks until i finally got a charger. I have now charged the car and i am trying to start it. It is saying the transmission isnt engaged or something along those lines. anyone got any advice? regards Jonathan |

now that you have power, try to disengage and re-engage the gearbox. The sensors may just need to see the complete procedure to reset.

Should this be done with or without the ignition being 'on'?
Thanks Jon |
