Vantage Clutch Questions Warranty Voiding

Hello, I have a 2008 Vantage 6 speed with 24,000 miles, It has a humming noisy when cold driving for the first 10 minutes or so, the noise goes away when you put in the clutch, so I assume it is a the through out bearing, but am not sure. If is is and have the job done at a shop other than Aston Dealer will it void my warranty, or will the dealer fix it under warranty, thanks
