1997 DB7 drivers window nightnare

I was Having trouble with drivers window going up and down...mechanic threw away the bad motor. regulator is still there in door...told the window regulator had been replaced in past with a system from a 2002 v12 vanquish...it has an ecu unit with part number meritor # 76-111926-AA. would anyone know the motor/regulator part number that goes with this ECU or a solution to problem using another set up. Aston wont give me a replacement without the old motor. I have been told that using an original 1997 motor regulator wont work with this ECU unit...who knows..any help or parts would be appreciated. many thanks
