Hello and welcome to the site. Thanks for the production info. That does make sense and as you stated these are built by hand. I just don't see how they can keep the price so low if the supply is so little. As far as I know production is now in full swing, and the first cars were delivered in the UK and parts of western Europe more than a month ago. Production volumes will be limited to about 3,000 per year, which is 1/10th of the annual 911 production. I've been to the AM factory and they really couldn't produce any more cars than that even if they wanted to...everything is hand built.

2 DB9 Volantes and 1 coupe are in the showroom, though. I fell in love with the DB9 Volante - it would be hard to go wrong with that.
I'll drive the V8 at the end of the month and hopefully have a better sense then of which car I like better.
