2008 v8 squeaks around turns???

hello, i have a 2008 vantage with 25,000 miles with all services up to date from aston martin dealer. i am getting a squeaking noise when i make left and right turns coming from the back end of my car with and without breaks applied, the noise also appears sometimes at a slow roll. are there any grease fittings that are easy to get to that a local shop can get to or any advise from other aston martin owners, thanks ron
