Aston Martin Lagonda V8 engine for sale

I recently bought a building and in that building the old owner had a few car parts. One of them is an Aston Martin Lagonda V8 DOHC, 4 Weber carb engine that looks complete. He had bought it for a project that he did not finish. He would now like me to sell it for him. He would like to get 10k for it as he said he paid more, but 10k would suffice. I'm not sure of the year, but he said the engine is in running condition. I can take pictures of the engine if requested. Thanks.....
