Battery reset of/on procedure

I have a 2016 Rapide S and battery was changed over for a new, after been installed, I am having difficulties starting the engine, the Message comes up on the dash 'Check Battery Switch Off', Now I know many of you may say theres a yellow button and to push it behind drivers seat/under rear seat and also there may be a disconnect switch in the trunk, but neither seems to be there, from reading posts on other forums it seems like the procedures changed, on parts diagram it shows battery disconnect/connect button on rear seat behind front passenger seat, I still cannot find it, Also as a result of changing the battery the front both seats have lost the memory and also seats stuck in position except only goes forward and recline backrest. Please help me anyone. Thanks
