If you can/afford go with the 2009. The 2009 have the bigger engine and all of the improvements from the earlier years. To me a convertible AM is a no go. I have 2007 and I am very happy with the car. I do have the the AMR clutch and It the perfect upgrade. One thing I will add is a X pipe and call it a day.
