DB 6 vs Ferrari 365 GT 2+2

Having looked around a bit, it seems that the DB 6 and the Ferrari 365 GT 2+2 are commanding roughly the same price. The Ferrari is a 12 cylinder car vs an 6 for the DB 6. Both are 2+2 seating. Which would be the preferred choice ?
