Db7 front cover

I have a DB7 v12 with the front cover leaking, it is verified this is the problem. Was quoted 15 hours of labor to fix it, how hard is the job? Do the valve covers need to be removed? Does the oil pan need to be removed from the car? Just want some input, i am debating doing it myself, i have access to a lift and a large variety of tools.
