I have a brand new 2009 DB9 Volante. I cannot turn off my traction control. Has this feature been disabled for "safety" reasons? I live in the nanny-state of Canada and would not be surprised if it has.

One more question...the car is brand new and the brakes sqeak like hell. Is this normal? Any suggestions?
