For the first time Fabspeed Motorsport will be releasing our newest product for the Aston Martin DB9. Fabspeed has recently developed and started producing secondary catbypass pipes for the DB9 and Rapide. The secondary catbypass pipes are a direct bolt on replacement for the heavy and restrictive factory secondary catalytic converters. Fabspeed's secondary catbypass pipes are made using high quality T304 Stainless steel, CNC Waterjet cut flanges and are all welded using the latest TIG capabilities in the industry.

This not only frees power but it also enables us to achieve the lovely V12 sound that we know the DB9 is capable of. Using this system provides a perfect balance between every day drive-ability and the aggressive sports car sound that we all love. Fabspeed is able to strike such a precise balance of both worlds by the use of a Fabspeed valve controller setting the factory valve system to either always open, or factory like operation based on RPM. This creates a nice subtle but throaty sound in the lower RPM and a loud and aggressive howl in the higher RPM.

The DB9 picked up 15HP and 12 ft.lbs throughout the RPM band from 1,500 on up. At peak power we saw an improvement of 12hp on our Dyno.

I have a 2012 Virage, do you know if the exhaust system is the same as the DB9? I suspect they are but would like to know. Thanks.

I know you can't give me a definitive answer to whether or not they would fit my Virage from a picture but, here is the underside of my Virage.
