Hello. I have an '07 AM V8V. Has anyone experienced a sticking fuel filler door that won't open? If so, what did you do to fix it? My door only opens after repeatedly pushing the button a half a dozen times or more and sometimes it works the first time. Any help would be welcomed. Thanks.

There's a recall for malfunctioning fuel filler doors. A dealer will fix it at no charge.

I've since taken my car to the dealer and had it repaired. It was a rusted cable assembly. Works perfect now. Thanks.
