Gearbox Fault

Hello gentlemen,

I recently purchased a 2003 AM Vanquish. It has 14,000 miles on it. I am recieving the "Gearbox Fault" message. It is the paddle shift version which are made to fail apparently. Tried to add fluid to the gearbox (redline) but cannot find the filler neck.

Any suggestions would be very helpful.

I had that problem on my 2005 DB9, turned out to be bad contact in the D switch. I removed the switch and cleaned the contact and all is now well.

why not u recharge the gear box oil and the filter??
also if u can drop the gear box to check in it

but first contact AstonMartin and ask them maybe they have problems on same case and u can get some advice
