So prepping for track day. Had camera on boot with external mic clipped to license plate. Need a foam wind noise thing on mic. With back seats empty I think it will be an ok shot. Really want a shot of gauges and over hood but think only way to get it is mounting on inside of window by my left shoulder ( US car)
Thoughts?

My first track day at Buttonwillow racetrack. We ran CCW. Helmet and trunk shots. This first one is helmet. Will post more as edited.
Did learn that when downshifting you can click the paddle ahead of time and when rev's safe it will downshift on it's own. Also learned that over rev it basically cuts fuel to the engine. Sometimes it would just upshift on its own.
If you haven't taken yours out on a track you're missing out. Just so smooth. I know it's a heavy car and my group was the - beginners group - but caught a Lotus in the corners!
Really something to actually be able to push it to the limits in a safe environment. Went off track twice. Once just outside wheels and once all the way. Both times at the end of the main straight.
