Hi All,
I'm new here.
I just picked up an 09 V8 Vantage Convertible and so far am enjoying it.
One thing I have found that I hate is the 'Crawl' feature on the Sportshift. It's worse than an Auto as it is just basically a clutch wearer and really lunges the car at speeds faster than I would like.

Does anyone know how to disable this or if it can even be disabled? I assume everything is possible, especially since it automatically disables on hills and inclines.

Any info is appreciated.

disable vrawl feature.

I totally agree with you . If it is true about it being disabled on a hill then we need to locate the sensor in charge of this function and remount it permanently as it were on a hill. That is of course until somebody includes the disable crawl feature in a TCU reflash. That is exactly why I have NOT done this mod yet.

Sportshift Crawl

I do not know why this feature was included. Crawl, my foot it is more like let us ram the car in front.
If you pull up the handbrake one notch it is disabled.
The same applies if you lightly apply the foot brake.

A little learning curve will be required.
