New db11 street lights at nite shooting laser beams into my windshield?

Hi, last week I bought a brand new Aston Martin DB11. I know it has the $4000 fit bonnet clear plastic vinyl to prevent rock chips. I drove it for the 1st time at night, last night, and every street light shoots arking brilliant beans of light into my front windshield. Is that being caused by the clear plastic food bonnet Or did somebody tint my front windshield at the factory? Frankly it is such a distraction at night it is undrivable and not safe. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? My Aston Martin dealer said they've never heard of such a thing and I was not on drugs or hallucinating. Lol

I would stop on the side of the road where it is happening, and then lay a blanket on the hood and see if that stop the beams of light. that way you can isolate the problem to one or the other. My guess is it’s the plastic on the hood.
