When I bought a car at an auction in the USA, I had to remove the information that was shown by the VIN number. I contacted the company VIN Cleaner. Removing the American vehiсles history from Internet resources and my problem was solved very quickly.

So, this is interesting to me, but I'm not clear on why you would do this. What exactly does it clean and why would you want it cleaned?
