Replacement clutch on Vantage V8 Roaster at 14k miles.

I own a Aston Martin Vantage V8 Roadster.
I have done 14k miles and have had to replace the clutch.
I have experienced problems with the hood. Has anyone else had these issues?
I have also found Aston Martin not wanting to help with these issues, has anyone found this?
