I just purchased a '09 DB9 and wondered if there were any upgrade kits available for the satellite navigation system?

No there is not, but u can up-date the map.

also u can add a R camera on the same screen, but u need to send ur car to UK

A trip to the UK is a little much for a rear camera but I will update the map

model till 07 need to change the CD
model 08 till now need to change SD only

I'm not sure about 08 or 09
