I know from my experience with race cars that carbon ceramic brakes can be quite noisy, especially when they being used gently.

You may want to try being a bit less gentle with the brakes or try applying some brake pad silicone compound (grease)sparingly to the back of the pads (between them and the pucks/pistons) which may damp out all or some of the resonance .

I used to use a small shop vac to clean the carbon dust from the brakes on the open wheelers raced in Historics, it is bad for you and as Brendan said you don't want it in your lungs (as it wont come out) and can cause disease.
