sratchy noise on start up and on low revs...?

hi,

Just seeing if i'm the only one.... upon start-up and low revs (until pulling away) noticing a short scratchy almost whirring like sound.. anyone else had similar? Sound is coming from the engine bay..

Also trying to source a left hand headlamp washer jet cover (cover only) have spoken to Harwoods and looks like i have to replace the entire washer jet... anyone know somewhere that can source smaller individual parts?
