Trunk lift supports
I recently replaced the trunk lift supports on my coupe. That trunk lid can be like a guillotine with worn out supports. Stabilus no longer makes the exact item. The replacement is a half inch shorter (when extended,) but the weight capacity has increased by a pound. They are available at PEP Boys & were (from memory) about $21 each.

Try" lift support depot" on-line. They have something to fit everything. Really nice people and low prices.
