upgrade audio and navigation

2007 V8 vntage owner. Anyone know if its possible or how difficult it would be to upgrade the navigation system and/or add aux input or bluetooth audio? I'd basically like to have up-to-date audio/navigation. Any suggestions for professional installers in northeast ohio? thanks.

get a newer AM? I have an AM with the B&O and it's the best automotive system I've EVER heard......
