I have problem with the driver side wiper. See Photo. Anyone know how to fix?

wiper issue

I checked mine and it has a composite block with two rivets attaching two arms. A non factory fix if I had to correct the issue on mine would be to utilize a stainless hex screw to fasten the dislocated arm back in place until the decision came to replace the complete assembly.
It appears to me that you have a 1998 Volante Neiman Marcus car. I have number 4 of 10 which do you have? My location is Dallas, Tx

If the plastic pivot block has broken the only fix is a new arm. It's a Trico arm. I searched for ages but couldn't find one. Eventually bought one from Chiltern Aston.
